This week, I have cut out processed food, with the exception of my nondairy creamer for the coffee. I walked 4.25 miles per day, at a 3.5 - 4 mph pace. I still gained 2 pounds. I am very upset. The only thing I probably did wrong is not counting calories. I counted calories one day, and was well within my limit - 1600 calories by the day's end, which is what was recommended by myfitnesspal, and so I ate about the same thing every day. This next week, I will count calories every day, and try not to eat any carbs after 2pm. We will see what happens!
